Delivery of services/cashback refund

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your rights to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited to our terms and conditions. Days refer to Working Days, a five day working week. Because of the type of services sold, there will be a waiting period between when the last requirement was received a met from you the client and the actual service is delivered. Turnaround times are stipulated on the website before a service is bought. Although at Quicktime Business Solutions we will try our utmost best to keep to these timeframes we will not be held responsible in any way if these turnaround times are longer than stipulated. In the case of a cashback refund, Admin fee Charges of 25% will be deducted and a waiting period of 7 working days for processing a Refund will be in effect.
Cashback Refund must be done in writing or in email after the stipulated period of the service in this site.
In the case were  the service has being provided and completed in the 7 working days waiting period no refund will be processed because service was provided in full.
